Hello,
What are the factors that lead a person to develop low self esteem and loss of self confidence?
Really great post, enjoyed reading it. Thanks

Hello and thank you for your question,
There are many reasons as to why we are who we are. Low self-esteem could be a result of constant abuse from childhood or many other reasons. Self-confidence is the same. Due to the nature of my art, all new students participate in a new student assessment. This is an in-depth profiling technique in order to find out some of the answers to questions such as these. This is just one of the reasons why Shoto-Chi is such a unique art.
Thank you for taking an interest in Shoto-Chi. Sorry that I cannot answer your question in more depth at this time. It would be extremely unprofessional of me to speculate on such issues. I will say one thing though. The largest form of conflict is that with ourselves. If your questions are for your own personal reference then I would suggest searching from within as this is where the answers truly lie.
Best Regards
Master R. Norton

The art of Shoto-Chi is unique and tailored towards the needs of the individual. I am glad that you were able to take something positive away with you upon your visit to the site. Our goal is to redefine the dynamics of that taught within a martial art. It is an art aimed at teaching others how to effectively communicate verbally and most importantly, non verbally to get the best possible outcome within a conflict situation. Thanks again for your comment, it is greatly appreciated… Master Rob Norton
